I agree it's a pretty th...Nice roundup Cormac. <br />I agree it's a pretty threatening lineup but a few things I might add.<br /><br />- We love Big Papi but is he going to have shaky starts like he did in the past? He's obviously a great player in decline but by how much?<br /><br />- Its of great comfort that not only do the Sox have a pretty scary lineup but the depth is the best in years. It's a great mix of wily veterans like Cameron, Hall, V-Tek and hungry bright youngsters; Lowrie, Kalish, Nava and Reddick.<br /><br />- Can JD Drew step up? He is Mr. 3rd gear. Steady, flexible, reliably slightly above average but I don't exactly see him as the kind of player than is gonna explode in a contract year. <br /><br />- Sadly this probably means no Beltre. I thought he was a fantastic player, even though he had a knack of killing whoever was playing LF. Good luck Adrian.
