Guess who's coming to town?

I'll give you a clue...

Only the biggest cheat in Major League history, that's who! I have said it before and I'll say it again, I hope the Fenway crowd doesn't hold back when Bonds comes to the plate. He brought this all on himself, he deserves every single 'boo' and derogatory comment that is thrown his way.

The weekend series in full;
  • Friday: Red Sox (Julian Tavarez, 3-4, 5.25) vs. Giants (Barry Zito, 6-6, 4.02), 7:05 p.m ET
  • Saturday: Red Sox (Daisuke Matsuzaka, 7-5, 4.52) vs. Giants (Matt Cain, 2-6, 3.31), 3:55 pm ET
  • Sunday: Red Sox (Tim Wakefield, 6-7, 3.92) vs. Giants (Matt Morris, 7-3, 2.56), 2:05 p.m ET
Saturday night's (8:55 pm Irish time!) matchup is a potential cracker. Cain is a very promising young pitcher with great stuff. Matsuzaka pitched well in Arizona with no run support. Here's sincerely hoping Bonds goes 0-for-Fenway.

Sholess Joe Jackson is not in the Hall of Fame. Pete Rose may never get there. The door is open, although grudgingly, for Bonds and that is an ugly thing. Bonds lost the right to play ball a long time ago and his total lack of shame is insulting. I hope they are merciless this weekend at Fenway.
