The LA Dodgers squad is starting to look distinctly Red Sox-y
Manny Ramirez, Derek Lowe, Nomar Garciaparra all under the tutelage of one Joe Torre, how super fantastically oddball is that? Imagine if, in 2003, someone had said to you 'Hey one day Manny, Nomar and D-Lowe will be playing for Joe Torre, on the Dodgers!', you would have immediately slapped said person in the face, just to knock some common sense into them.
On that note, check out this nice little piece from the NY Times on Joe Torre basically salivating at the prospect of slotting Manny into his lineup.
Anyway, eyes left for the rest of the season, should be fascinating to see how the Red Sox West pan out!
