Da da da da da...I'm loving it! (so much so that I am going to fall asleep at the wheel of my car)

This is just brilliant.

Oh, Preston Parker, will you never learn?

Preston Parker, a junior at Florida State was finally kicked off of the football team following his THIRD arrest while at FSU. This time round his offence was falling asleep in a McDonald's drive in.

"The 21-year-old Parker, from Delray Beach, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence after Tallahassee police found him asleep in his running car early Saturday. The police report said Parker admitted he had been drinking and smoking marijuana. It was the third time Parker has been arrested since 2006."

Not sure what you call this though, 'Dawdling under the influence' maybe? Maybe this is nothing but a comment on the slow service at McDonalds? How long do they leave a guy hanging?

Amazingly these were not the first transgressions the young man is guilty of;

"Parker was suspended for the first two games of the 2008 season after being arrested last April in Palm Beach County on weapons and drug charges. Parker was also arrested in 2006 after police said he tried to steal a DVD from Best Buy. The charge was dismissed after he entered a diversionary program and paid $200 in court costs."

Dear oh dear oh dear. Best fit for Parker in the NFL? Surely the Dallas Cowboys?

NFL has some messed up players. Best I comparison I could think of in the Premiership is Glen Johnson stealing a toilet seat from B&Q
