The World Series blows!
The always readable Jeff Passan of Yahoo sports seems to think the World Series is, at the very least, facing some ugly issues. Most interesting, his not-very-veiled assault on the involvement of the Tampa Bay Devil Rays in the Fall Classic;
Patriots mailbag on Boston.com
Mike Reiss of the Boston Globe always comes up with the goods in his weekly mailbag, it's always a decent read and he seems to have a pretty decent 'finger on the pulse' of the New England Patriots. However, boy do people ask some dumb questions!
It does occasionally get old following the line of thinking of some NFL fans. If you read the comments Reiss deals with weekly you could sum them up to something like this;
